KNOXVILLE - The Pointe at Lifespring, an Integral Senior Living community specializing in assisted living and memory care, has named Nikki Lowe director of its Generations Memory Care program.

Lowe was born and raised near The Pointe at Lifespring in Gibbs, Tenn. A fifth-generation nurse, she started her career as a pulmonary nurse before transferring to hospice care, where she found a passion for caring for families affected by dementia.

“Nikki is a wonderful addition to The Pointe at Lifespring team,” said Heather Haley, the regional director of sales and marketing at Integral Senior Living. “Her passion, kindheartedness and experience will ensure our residents are receiving the high-quality care they deserve.”

The Generations Memory Care program creates an immersive, person-centered environment where the resident is not identified by their disease or behaviors, but by the person they were and still are. Team members strive to focus on each individual’s strength and foster unique moments of achievement.

Lowe’s responsibilities as the director of this program will include managing team members, staying up to date on the latest memory care techniques and creating programming.
