KNOXVILLE -- Junior golf programming in Knoxville normally shuts down for the winter but thanks to Topgolf Knoxville, junior golf is becoming a year-round sport here in our community. Topgolf Knoxville has generously donated part of their facility to the First Tee Junior Golf Program to provide golf instruction and life-skills programming at their Farragut location. The indoor/outdoor facility at Topgolf makes playing golf manageable in inclimate weather and on cold winter days while allowing guests to stay warm and have fun on the illuminated driving range at night.

With over 500 kids and teens in the First Tee Knoxville Junior Golf Program ranging from ages 4 - 17, First Tee aims to empower our youth to build their strength of character through the game of golf. Through this year-round opportunity with Topgolf, First Tee Junior Golfers get to further their life and golf skills throughout the year without having to start over in the spring.

First Tee trained coaches deliver curriculum to kids and teens that focuses on helping them build their inner strength, self-confidence and resilience in life. Using the game of golf as the platform, participants learn critical life skills to help them grow socially, emotionally and academically while having fun, building relationships and making friends.
