KNOXVILLE, TN  –  Nourish Knoxville, the nonprofit behind the Market Square Farmers Market, has been working to build healthy communities by supporting relationships between local farmers, producers, and the public since 2013.  To support their valuable work, various restaurants, cafes, bars, and breweries will feature a menu item using locally grown ingredients and donate a percentage of the proceeds to Nourish Knoxville during Restaurant Week, August 3 – 9, 2026.

Local chefs will create a new menu item or feature an existing dish showcasing local ingredients grown within a 150-mile radius of Knoxville. Guests can visit participating businesses throughout the week to enjoy the featured drinks, dishes, and desserts, with a portion of their purchase donated to Nourish Knoxville. With over 25 participating locations across Knoxville, Maryville, and Clinton, there is something for every palate.

“Nourish Knoxville’s Restaurant Week is a celebration of the talented chefs and food businesses that make our local culinary scene so exceptional, while showcasing the incredible seasonal ingredients grown by East Tennessee farmers,” says Charlotte Tolley, CEO of Nourish Knoxville. “Every featured dish or drink enjoyed during Restaurant Week helps support Nourish Knoxville’s mission to connect families with fresh, local food. We’re delighted to bring this event back for its fourth year, and can't wait for everyone to try the thoughtfully crafted food and drinks the participating locations have prepared.
