The incident presented unique challenges due to the low temperatures prevalent at the time. Firefighters not only contended with cold conditions but also with ice formation resulting from water application during firefighting efforts. As a precaution, a salt truck was requested to address the ice buildup, ensuring safety for the crew and preventing further hazards on the scene.

At the time of the fire, no residents were reported inside the home. While there were furniture items present within the structure, the current occupancy status remains unclear.

Fire Department Investigators remained on-site to assess the situation and determine the cause of the fire. Their findings will be essential in understanding the circumstances surrounding this incident and preventing future occurrences.

The quick actions of Engine 1 and firefighting crews played a critical role in mitigating damage and ensuring safety during this emergency response. Updates regarding the investigation into the cause of the fire will be provided as more information becomes available.
