KNOXVILLE - Covenant Health has acquired Lakeway Urgent Care, expanding access to convenient, high-quality urgent care services for communities across Greater Knoxville and Lenoir City.

Lakeway Urgent Care has long provided timely, patient-centered care for illnesses, injuries and occupational health needs. Through this acquisition, Covenant Health is expanding its urgent care presence while strengthening connections to an integrated healthcare system that includes more than 85 outpatient and specialty services across East Tennessee.

Beginning March 1, 2026, the Lenoir City location will extend its hours, operating seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Covenant Health now offers nine urgent care locations across East Tennessee, providing convenient access to care close to home. Locations include:

• Lenoir City at 460 Medical Park Drive, Suite 103
• Cumberland Avenue at 1915 Cumberland Avenue in Knoxville
• Farragut at 105 Biddle Farms Boulevard in Knoxville
• North Knoxville at 6606 Clinton Highway;
• South Knoxville at 7625 Chapman Highway, Suite 107
• Northshore at 902 Osprey Point Lane in Knoxville
• Maryville North at 117 Gill Street in Alcoa
• Maryville South at 108 Keller Lane in Maryville and
• Sevierville at 1787 Veterans Boulevard, Suite 101.

Hours and Services

All Covenant Health Urgent Care locations are open seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., offering walk-in care for non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries. Services include onsite X-rays, lab testing, treatment for minor injuries and illnesses, bites and stings, vaccinations and immunizations and occupational health services. Most major insurance plans are accepted, and affordable self-pay options are available.
