KNOXVILLE - During his weekly update, Knox County Mayor Glenn Jacobs talked about Wrestling Night with the Knoxville Ice Bears.

Mayor Jacobs invites the community to join him in cheering on the Knoxville Ice Bears as they take on the Birmingham Bulls for Wrestling Night.

The game takes place Friday night with the puck drop at 7:30 p.m. A special Wrestling Night meet and greet will begin at 5:45 p.m., and following the game, Mayor Jacobs will help auction off player jerseys. Proceeds from the meet and greet and jersey auction will benefit School Mania, which provides free school supplies to students across Knox County.

“Tickets are still available. Let’s make this game a sellout and support our families across Knox County,” says Mayor Jacobs.
