SEVIERVILLE, TN - This morning at 4:40 a.m. KFD responded to an activated fire alarm at Brothers Bedding located at 5610 North Broadway. Upon arrival, KFD crews discovered that the sprinkler system had been activated and a small fire was located near a window on the second floor.

KFD was able to quickly extinguish the remaining fire, resulting in only moderate damage to the store.

The store will likely need to be closed for a short period to allow for the cleanup of smoke and water damage.

No Injuries have been reported, and the fire is under investigation.
