UT publishes coronavirus resource guide

KNOXVILLE – The University of Tennessee System has published a comprehensive online guide that provides information and resources surrounding the coronavirus disease.

"The University of Tennessee’s campuses and institutes are here to serve the people of Tennessee,” Interim President Randy Boyd said. “We are taking the coronavirus very seriously and are taking extra steps to help ensure our communities are equipped with helpful information during this time.”

UT’s online resource guide provides valuable information regarding important research being conducted by UT-Battelle-managed Oak Ridge National Laboratory, general health and safety guidelines, and a comprehensive expert guide for media use. Subject-matter experts cover a wide variety of areas that could be affected by the coronavirus, including economics, history, international trade, public policy, supply chain, veterinary medicine and more.

While there are no reports of active confirmed cases involving coronavirus disease on any University of Tennessee campus, there are confirmed cases in Tennessee.
