Local attorney Glen Kyle receives certification in elder law

KNOXVILLE - The National Elder Law Foundation (NELF) – the only organization approved by the American Bar Association to offer certification in the area of elder law - announces that Glen A. Kyle of Knoxville has successfully completed its requirements and examination leading to such certification. Mr. Kyle is one of only fourteen attorneys certified in Elder Law in the state of Tennessee.
Certification in Elder Law will provide a significant measure of assurance to the public that the attorney has an in-depth working knowledge of the legal issues that impact the elderly and those with special needs.
Owner of the Franklin & Kyle Elder Law practice in Knoxville, Mr. Kyle has exclusively practiced elder law for seven years and focuses his practice on life care planning, Medicaid planning and advocacy, estate planning (powers of attorney, wills, and trusts), conservatorships, probate, and trust administration. Originally from Murfreesboro, Tennessee Mr. Kyle is a graduate of Rutgers University and the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.
