The company earned a Commercial Award for the UT Student Union and an Infrastructure/Public Works/Environmental Award for the State Street Garage expansion at the AGC Build Knoxville Construction Awards reception on Jan. 16 at Jackson Terminal. “We are incredibly proud of the impact of both projects because each impacts the lives of our neighbors every day,” said Marty Gibbs, vice president and general manager for The Christman Company’s Knoxville operations. “The Student Union helps create a sense of community among UT students and staff, and the garage expansion makes visiting downtown more convenient for Knoxville residents and tourists.”
