LYNNVILLE, TN - On July 18th, Tennessee’s Lynnville Blackberry Festival gets underway as one of the sweetest events of the summer in the state! Held right in the historic downtown area of the small town of Lynville, this one-day celebration returns for its 26th year with the kind of charm, flavor, and easygoing fun that makes small-town festivals so special.
Running from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, the festival fills downtown with fresh blackberries, homemade desserts, live music, local vendors, family activities, and plenty of good food. Guests can look forward to blackberry pies, jams, cobblers, and other sweet treats, along with food trucks serving burgers and festival favorites throughout the day.

The Miss Blackberry Pageant remains one of the event’s most loved traditions, while kids can enjoy games and activities made for the whole family.
Lynnville itself adds a lot to the day, with its old railroad-town feel, historic storefronts, and local stops like Soda Pop Junction and Colonel Littleton. The town is located in Giles County, and several of its downtown buildings are part of Lynnville’s historic character, giving the festival a setting that feels like a step back into classic Tennessee.
While you’re there, take time to browse the shops, enjoy the music, grab something blackberry-filled, and soak up a summer day in one of Tennessee’s most charming little towns.
