Maryville seniors spread love to local preschoolers with handmade blankets

MARYVILLE, TN - Residents at Clover Hill Senior Living in Maryville, TN, look forward to a special day each year. It’s the day that they get to present their handmade blankets to the children at Stepping Stones Preschool.

Residents congratulated the children for moving on from preschool to kindergarten and their next adventure.

“This is truly one of the best days of the year when we give the students the blankets we have been making for them,” shares Life Enrichment Director Lori Zepeda.

The room was filled with smiles, hugs, and laughter as the preschoolers enjoyed wrapping up in their gifts and testing them out.

“We are so proud of all of the Stepping Stones students and wish them all the best in kindergarten,” says Lori.
