KNOXVILLE -- After five successful years in the Chicago area, Air Force veteran and trainer Christian Koshaba is opening a transformative health and fitness center in Knoxville. The center, Three60fit, will provide a holistic approach to wellness, combining the following under one roof: Koshaba’s Three60fit gym, Ink & Iron Collective run by tattoo artist Cynthia Whitt, and microblading services provided by artist Nicolette Koshaba.
“We are excited to bring Three60fit to Knoxville,” said Koshaba, who had a diverse clientele in the Chicago area, including many veterans. “This is a veteran-friendly area, and we are thrilled to have the opportunity to serve the people of Knoxville, including the veteran community. I look forward to continuing our mission of focusing on facilitating growth, repair, health and wellness of veterans like myself as they return to civilian life.”
With unique offerings, including a gym that provides personalized, progressive coaching plus a tattoo studio, there is nothing like Three60fit in the area, according to Koshaba. He also plans to bring in services such as nutrition counseling and scalp micropigmentation. “My goal is to provide a welcoming, supportive environment that combines many aspects of wellness, enabling clients to transform their body, mind and spirit all in one location.”
In addition to the tattoo and microblading studios, Three60fit’s individual and group offerings include weekly veteran-focused classes, Bibles & Biceps, Bootcamp, Boxing, Kickboxing, Functional Training (Steel Mace, Bulgarian Bag, Kettlebell) and personal training (in person and virtual). Koshaba will soon partner with the Knoxville chapter of national nonprofit Team Red, White & Blue (Team RWB), becoming a gym headquarters for the program that serves the country’s veterans.
