Concierge Auctions debuts in  Japan with auction of two  AMOMA  luxury properties

Entering its 31st country Concierge Auctions, the largest luxury real estate auction marketplace in the world, Concierge Auctions, will auction two AMOMA Hiroo Residences next month in cooperation with Fuin Holdings and Crosspath Advisors Ltd. The auction of these two architectural marvels marks Concierge Auction’s first auction in Japan and the debut of the AMOMA Atami Estate property which is coming to market for the first time via auction.

The AMOMA Hiroo Residence 3 in Tokyo has been listed at $19 million with a pre-sale estimate between $13 and $20 million. The AMOMA Atami Estate has never been listed before. The pre-sale estimate for the AMOMA Atami Estate is between $15 and $30 million. Both homes will head to auction March 25th to March 30th.
