KNOXVILLE -- Local 7 year old cancer warrior Noah Sileno has a dream to go on a trip to Hawaii. The community wants to make it happen for him!

Noah is a Knoxville local who was diagnosed with Relapsed B-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.

Noah’s story reached California based nonprofit Campaign One At A Time, and the organization has launched a fundraising campaign for Noah to fulfill his dream of going to Hawaii.
