Farragut Community Center to host health and wellness fair

Shop Farragut in partnership with the Town of Farragut will host the second Farragut Health & Wellness Expo presented by Turkey Creek Medical Center/Tennova. Featuring over 2 dozen local businesses who specialize in the care of the human body, mind and spirit! They provide products and services for your comfort and well-being in support of a healthy lifestyle.

The Expo will take place on Saturday January 8, between 10 am and 3 pm in the Farragut Community Center located at 239 Jamestowne Blvd. just north of Village Green Shopping Center and Planet Fitness on Campbell Station Road.

SouthEast Bank and Angie Cody Realty Group support the Expo as Platinum Level Sponsors. MLILY Mattress is a Silver Level and Knoxville TVA Employee Credit Union is a Community Sponsor.

Patrons can visit booths from a wide variety of services and retail. Here are a few that are committed to date; for example, ACTFAST-CPR, Inc., specializes in CPR training and other emergency techniques. Beltone Hearing Center will conduct hearing tests. American Home Pro will show new safe-aging items and technologies for your home. Other committed vendors include the University of Tennessee Medical Center Advanced Orthopaedic Center & Bariatric Program, plus Arbonne International/GoHealtyTN, Cool Sports, Root Journey, Clean Eatz, Blue Ridge Yoga, The Smoky Rose Boutique, Select Physical Therapy, Optimal Health, Garde Bien Spa and Salon, OsteoStrong of Farragut, and Cory Gerlach with Edward Jones Financials will even discuss your financial well-being.

This special event is free to the public. Parking is available at the Community Center and close by at Village Green Shopping Center.
