Theatre is a collaborative art, and all students will be working together toward the final performance. Therefore, daily attendance is mandatory and all workshop participants must be available for the final performance. NO EXCEPTIONS.

The workshop is for 9th through 12th graders and rising college freshmen. Prior performance experience is not required. Twenty-four participants will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. The final showcase performance will be held at the Ula Love Doughty Carousel Theatre, which is the theatre space directly adjacent to the CBT. Built on the UT campus in the 1950s, the Carousel Theatre has one of the few continuously operated true arena stages in the United States.
