On Saturday, September 28, 2019, CVS Health is hosting a call center open house and hiring fair to fill more than 400 full-time Customer Service Representative positions in Knoxville. These customer service representatives will take inbound calls and provide information to our members so that they better understand their coverage and options, which include prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage.

To fill these positions, interested candidates are asked to complete a short online application prior to attending the hiring event.

Upon completion of the online application, candidates are invited to attend the hiring fair on September 28 where they can expect a 15 minute interview with the CVS Health team. Applicants are asked to dress business casual and bring one form of identification and a resume.
