Helen Ross McNabb Center fundraiser to be hosted by Vol Network’s Bob Kesling and Bert Bertelkamp
KNOXVILLE — The second annual Bob Kesling and Bert Bertelkamp Golf Tournament presented by Regal Entertainment Group will be held on Monday, May 18 at Holston Hills Country Club in Knoxville.
The annual golf tournament raises money for the Helen Ross McNabb Center, which provides access to care for individuals and families in East Tennessee facing mental illness, addiction, and social challenges. The golf tournament is a Helen Ross McNabb Center tradition, lasting more than 20 years and was previously hosted by University of Tennessee women’s basketball legend – Coach Pat Summitt. Bob Kesling and Bert Bertelkamp, hosts of the Vol Network, volunteered as the new hosts and have continued the tournament’s success.
Registration for the tournament will begin at 7:00 a.m. Players can begin practicing before the first round shotgun begins at 8:30 a.m. Each team consists of four players and will play one of two flights of golf offered that day. The foursomes will also meet and have their picture taken with the Voices of the Vols. Prizes will be awarded for the low gross team, low net team, closest to the pin and longest drive.

We have a great time meeting and interacting with all of the golfers and this year we are excited that the tournament has been met with overwhelming support from our community,” said Bert Bertelkamp. “The Helen Ross McNabb Center has been near and dear to my heart for many years. It provides services to people who are often forgotten and in the most need of supportive services to get back on their feet.”
