Stella Parton reaches new heights with Red Tent Women’s Conference

NASHVILLE, TN – Stella Parton is no stranger to hit records, awards and accolades, but a particular journey to the Top 2 position on the Power Source Inspirational Country charts is extra special.

The self-penned song, “Tell It Sister, Tell It” shares the title of her inspirational memoir and is an uplifting, hand-clappin’, anthem that touches the heart much like her book.

Inspiring messages have long been a part of Stella’s mission often helping women and children in domestic violence shelters, teaching her “Beauty On A Budget & Self-Esteem Is Free” classes and donating monies to raise awareness about domestic violence.

As her song heads for the top position, she is also reaching new heights within her own career and launching a new event to enrich and empower women. On April 18th-20th, the inaugural Red Tent Women’s Conference will be held at the Doubletree Hotel in downtown Nashville. In addition to Stella, the conference will feature speakers Dolly Parton, Patricia R. Miller (Vera Bradley), Genie James, Sherry Deutschman (LetterLogic), Kate O’Neill, Julee Jones, Marcela Gomez, Lisa Quigley, Shayna Humphrey, Pat Shea and more to be announced, plus there will be plenty of music and networking opportunities. Stella comments, “Women should tell their stories. We are never too old or too young to learn and grow and to give or share our experiences and talents.” For more information, visit www.redtentconference.com.

So “sisters,” join Stella and sing along … “Tell It Sister, Tell It!”
