Knox County Libraries offer help sessions for ereaders

KNOXVILLE -- Once again, Kindles, Nooks and IPads showed up as a hot present under the tree this year. Now it's time to figure them out, and Knox County Public Library is happy to help. With more than 11,000 ebooks available for check out with a library card, the Library is offering four help sessions across the county.

The help sessions will include a demonstration showing how to install and register the required software, and download an ebook to a device. Participants are encouraged to bring a wireless-equipped laptop and e-reader (with some mobile devices, no laptop or PC is required). They will receive help through the download process on their own equipment, time permitting.
