East Tennessee Fishing Show starts today at Jacobs Building

fishing show knoxvilleKNOXVILLE -- The East Tennessee Fishing Show, a nationally well-known show dedicated to fishermen and all things boating, will host its 2013 exhibition Thursday, January 17 through Sunday, January 20, 2013 at the Jacobs Building in Chilhowee Park.

The show includes seminars and autograph sessions from local pro's, as well as all-time favorites from the fishing world, including Hank Parker, Shaw Grigsby, Casey Ashley, David Walker, Paul Elias, and Dan Dannenmuller. Boat, electronic and motor manufacturers will also be available for demonstrations during the four-day event.

Feature exhibits are custom fishing tackle rods, reels, vacation and tournament trails information, boating insurance, electronics, apparel, and much more. White Pine Marine, Bunch Marine and Reynolds Racing Marine will have a wide variety of new boat models present at the show.

There will also be a casting contest for children on Saturday, January 19.

The East Tennessee Fishing Show kicks-off today 2:00 - 9:00 p.m. and continues Friday 2:00 - 9:00 p.m., Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m., and Sunday 12:00 - 5:00 p.m. Admission is $8.00 for adults and free for children eight (8) and under.
