William & Kate's Wedding Cake to Auction
BRISTOL, United Kingdom -- A slice of wedding cake from the Royal Wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton will be auctioned online May 3-24, 2012.
The slice of cake, which was created by Fiona Cairns, comes in its original presentation tin with a printed compliments slip from TRH The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall.

Auctioneers PFC Auctions' spokesperson Kylie Whitehead said "We believe that this is the first piece of Kate and Will's wedding cake to appear on the market and we're very excited to offer it. It's estimated that around 2 billion people watched the wedding on TV so we anticipate worldwide interest. This is a fantastic opportunity to own such a personal piece of memorabilia from the future King and Queen."
