The month of June is bursting with creativity at the Knoxville Museum of Art! As summer begins, they're excited to welcome the community for a season filled with art, music, conversation, and celebration.
This month, Summer Art Academy kicks off with inspiring opportunities for young artists to explore their creativity, while the June Book Club invites readers and art lovers alike to connect through thoughtful discussion.
The museum will begin its Watercolor at the Eugenia Williams House series, offering a beautiful setting for artistic expression, and to turn up the energy with Soundscapes at the KMA: Dress in White Party featuring acclaimed jazz guitarist Adam Hawley. To top it all off, join in for Taste of Summer: Wine and Food Festival - an unforgettable evening celebrating exceptional flavors, community, and culture.
Contemporary Art from East Tennessee and Beyond is back up, and better than ever! This exhibition is on view in the Terrace Level South Gallery May 22 – July 26, 2026.
Whether you’re visiting for hands-on learning, live music, or a memorable summer gathering, there’s something for everyone at the KMA this June.
