KNOXVILLE - Shoney’s of Knoxville, Inc. has reopened its location at 2612 Chapman Highway after undergoing major renovations. The project began on Wednesday, October 16, 2019. The renovations include an updated, modern exterior, with an expanded entrance and new signage. The interior features a blend of “Mountain Lodge meets Farmhouse-style” design, with new furniture, flooring, updated Fresh Food Bar, new finishes and décor. The kitchen and service areas were also improved with new cooking and refrigeration equipment, along with new tile, walls and flooring.
