KNOXVILLE - Volunteer Balloons, an East Knoxville-based professional balloon décor and event entertainment company, has been named a 2026 Best of Tennessee Regional Winner for Knoxville in the Other Event Entertainment Services category and received the 2026 Knoxville City Votes Platinum Award.

Founded in 2015, Volunteer Balloons specializes in corporate events, large-scale balloon installations, and event entertainment for businesses, universities, hospitality partners, and event planners throughout Knoxville and East Tennessee. The company is a contracted vendor for the University of Tennessee.
