The Trust Company of Tennessee hires Harvey as operations systems analyst

The Trust Company of Tennessee has hired Lauren Harvey as an operations systems analyst.

Founded in 1987 and with offices in Chattanooga, Knoxville and the Tri-Cities, The Trust Company of Tennessee currently has more than $4 billion under management. The firm helps individuals, families, business owners and nonprofits make better financial decisions through wealth management, personal investment strategy, corporate retirement plans, estate planning and personal trust services.

“Lauren’s experience with recordkeeping systems will allow us to integrate our operations and provide our clients with information to help them reach financial goals,” said Daniel Carter, president of The Trust Company of Tennessee. Harvey earned a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology and health promotion from The University of Texas at Austin in 2015. She holds the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA®) credential from the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA).

She previously worked as the director of operations for HUB International, formerly Trusted Capital Group Administrators, for seven years. Harvey also managed the Relius Administration recordkeeping system. Her experience includes overseeing daily retirement plan recordkeeping operations, such as reconciling trades, processing payroll and servicing customers.

Harvey, who will work remotely, lives in Houston, Texas, with her fiancé, Danny Baddeloo, and their dog, Bentley. Growing up, she attended 12 different schools in five different countries. Harvey still enjoys traveling as well as hiking and having brunch.
