CBRE recruits market-leading office and industrial professionals
March 17, 2022

KNOXVILLE – CBRE, the world’s leading commercial real estate services and investment firm, has hired three new professionals in Knoxville. This establishes CBRE’s brokerage presence in the market and the company’s newest Tennessee office. Industry leaders John M. Adams III, CCIM, SIOR, and Brian Tapp, CCIM, SIOR, join as First Vice Presidents and will specialize in the office and industrial sectors, respectively. Andrew Wilmoth joins as a Senior Associate, partnering with Mr. Adams and Mr. Tapp.

“Expanding CBRE’s presence to Knoxville couldn’t come at a better time and with a better bunch of industry leaders with established track records and solid reputations,” said Stephen Kulinski, Managing Director for CBRE’s Nashville and Knoxville offices. “John, Brian and Andrew’s deep market and industry expertise, combined with the breadth of CBRE’s global platform will bring crucial value to clients across Knoxville and East Tennessee, a region that is primed for significant growth due to its strong labor market and affordability. In addition, a Knoxville presence solidifies CBRE’s coverage across all corners of Tennessee and enhances our ability to serve the complex real estate requirements of our clients across the state.”

All three brokers joined CBRE from Avison Young in Knoxville.
