Tranzonic Companies hires Bryan Tilghman as purchasing agent

KNOXVILLE - The Tranzonic Companies has hired Bryan Tilghman as purchasing agent at the national manufacturing firm’s West Knoxville facility.

Based in Cleveland, Ohio, The Tranzonic Companies was founded nearly a century ago and manufactures and distributes wiping cloths, personal hygiene products, textiles, washroom supplies and accessories, wiping and cleaning supplies, and safety products.

“Bryan is an excellent addition to our team,” said Brian Rhoades, executive vice president of operations for Tranzonic. “Purchasing is an integral part of supply chain management, and Bryan’s extensive experience will help us serve our clients well, through this challenging time of disruption because of COVID-19 and well beyond.”

Tilghman most recently served as an assistant buyer at House-Hasson Hardware and supply chain specialist for Radio Systems Corporation. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business marketing from Mississippi State University in 1991. He has enhanced his education through logistics and project management courses at both Georgia Institute of Technology and the University of Tennessee and is a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) by the Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM).

Tilghman resides in Maryville with his wife, Fabienne. He enjoys photography and spending time in the outdoors.
