james brysonGerdau Ameristeel Names James "Woody" Bryson as 2010 Employee of the Year

KNOXVILLE -- Gerdau Ameristeel has named James "Woody" Bryson as the Knoxville steel mill's 2010 Employee of the Year.

Bryson was nominated by his coworkers, who praised his positive attitude, strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork.

Gerdau Ameristeel is the second largest mini-mill steel producer in North America, with annual manufacturing capacity of approximately 10 million metric tons of mill finished steel products. Located in the Lonsdale community for over 109 years, the mill is one of the largest steel recyclers in Tennessee.
