Good Morning East Tennessee!

This light-hearted morning column is to start your day with a smile. You should probably save the wars and politics for after your brain wakes up and give yourself some time with your coffee and your favorite PJs (the ones with the feet are very cute). I can see you there with your elbow on the desk, your chin in your hand and your eyes halfway opened. I know it's a delicate situation, so I'm going to save the troubles of the world for later and wake up with you.

People love quotes because they're short and profound. It's amazing that some folks say more in one sentence than others say in an entire lifetime. Short simple quotes are perfect for the attention span, and, if you can find a few with some profound humor, you have the perfect recipe to start your day.
