KNOXVILLE — The Helen Ross McNabb Center is proud to announce that Kristin Bradley, prevention and early intervention services coordinator, was selected to serve on the Association of Infant Mental Health in Tennessee (AIMHiTN) Leadership Cohort.

Kristin has been with the Helen Ross McNabb Center for 8 years and supervises Healthy Families East Tennessee, Child Abuse Prevention, Regional Intervention Program, Therapeutic Preschool, ChildNet East Tennessee, Mother Goose and Prevention/Early Intervention Health Link. Her experience working with children and their families made her a natural choice to participate in this leadership opportunity.

This honor is reserved for six professionals across the state and this group will help support AIMHiTN. The State of Tennessee is moving toward an Infant Mental Health Endorsement to establish a cohesive, interdisciplinary workforce dedicated to services for young children and their families.

“The Helen Ross McNabb Center has always been innovative in providing services to infants, and in many ways, led the way in treatment for infants,” said Mary Katsikas, the Center’s senior director of children and youth mental health programming. “Kristin’s selection as part of the Leadership Cohort only solidifies the leadership of the Center at the state level.”

The Leadership Cohort and Infant Mental Health Endorsement aligns strongly with the Helen Ross McNabb Center’s mission of “improving the lives of the people we serve,” and will ensure quality care for infants and their families in Tennessee.

The Helen Ross McNabb Center is a premier not-for-profit provider of behavioral health services in East Tennessee. Since 1948, the Center has provided quality and compassionate care to children, adults and families experiencing mental illness, addiction and social challenges. As the Center celebrates nearly 70 years of providing services to communities in East Tennessee, its mission remains clear and simple; “Improving the lives of the people we serve.” For more information, visit www.mcnabbcenter.org or call 865‐637‐9711.
