Firehouse Subs® donates 300 cases of water to local first responders
AUGUST 24, 2016 at 1:47 p.m.

Firehouse Subs of Knoxville held its annual H2O for Heroes fundraiser earlier with month. Thanks to the overwhelming support from the community, the restaurant has donated 300 cases of bottled water to local first responders and community aid organizations – nearly double what was collected during last year’s fundraiser.

Fist responders receiving the water include the Knoxville Fire Department, Karns Fire Department, Knoxville Volunteer Emergency Rescue Squad, Rural/Metro Fire Department and the Knoxville chapter of the American Red Cross. The donated water will be distributed to community members in need during these hot summer months, as well as in response to emergency and disaster situations.
