KNOXVILLE - John W. Bailes, an associate of LBMC, PC, has been selected to participate in the Flagship Program of Leadership Knoxville Class of 2016.

Leadership Knoxville’s mission is to build a stronger Knoxville by developing people and groups, leading to a greater community. This is accomplished through their various programs designed to challenge and connect people at all levels of leadership development. “I’m thrilled to be a part of this program. John W. Bailes is a Partner in the LBMC Tax practice of the Knoxville office where he works on a wide variety of business and individual engagements. He is also the Partner-in-Charge of Knoxville’s Accounting Services practice, which provides a wide range of accounting, data processing, financial statement and payroll services for small to medium-sized companies that desire to outsource some or all of their accounting functions. John has diversified experience across a variety of industries. He has significant experience in the areas of physician groups, construction, real estate development and rental property management, and transaction planning. He provides services in the areas of individual and business income taxation, small business accounting, compilation and review services, and consulting services.

Leadership Knoxville’s Flagship Program is a ten month learning experience that provides opportunities to explore community issues, hone leadership skills and expand community connections. Serving the Knoxville region for over 30 years, the program has support and participation from over 1,300 leaders from a variety of industries. The class of 2016 is the largest class yet with 53 area leaders attending monthly sessions focused on servant leadership throughout the year.
