The Secret City Scenic Excursion Train in Oak, Ridge, TN is part of the Top Secret Trail.

The Top Secret Trail, the latest trail in the Discover Tennessee Trails & Byways Programs, will get started today. This trail is the 15th of 16 self-guided driving tours in the program.

The trail runs 465 miles from Knoxville and will travel throughout Anderson, Campbell, Clay, Fentress, Knox, Morgan, Overton, Pickett, Roane, and Scott Counties.

A trail of secrets hidden among the scenic wilds of the Upper Cumberland Plateau, the Top Secret Trail allows visitors to visit antique shops, discover the "Secret City" of Oak Ridge and the historic utopian community of Rugby, as well as view the Big South Fork sandstone bluffs.

The Top Secret Trail captures Tennessee stories and rare scenic features that make it a one-of-a-kind road trip.

Stops along the Top Secret Trail include Volunteer Landing, Candy Factory, Market Square, James White Fort, and other points of interest.

The Top Secret Trail will kick-off in conjunction with the 10th Annual Secret City Festival at 11:30 a.m. today.
