Earthquake shakes Virginia

An earthquake has shaken the state of Virginia just outside the Richmond area. The 5.6 quake was felt as far away as Philadelphia, parts of Delaware, and North Carolina.

Several federal buildings in Washington, D.C. have been evacuated after the earthquake shook that area.
