A brand new, one-of-a-kind attraction is open in Sevierville: SkyLand Ranch! Along with a mountain coaster, a scenic chairlift, and other activities, SkyLand Ranch is introducing an exciting new holiday attraction — SkyLand Santa Village. SkyLand Santa Village will open mid-November and provide the perfect opportunity for families to get in the holiday spirit.

Upon its opening in mid-November, guests will be able to enjoy non-stop holiday fun at SkyLand Santa Village. A special pass will give guests access to SkyLand Santa Village, close visits with miniature animals, games, hot chocolate and cookies. That’s not all, though! It also includes a visit with Santa, complete with a toy from Williford Mercantile and a photo package from the visit.

SkyLand Ranch opened to the public on Nov. 4th, 2022. This Sevierville attraction includes a scenic chairlift, the longest mountain coaster in the Southeast, incredible views, daily entertainment, miniature animals, and more.

“SkyLand Ranch has been a dream of our family for over 10 years,” said Lisa Williford, owner of SkyLand Ranch. “The ranch theme matches well with the Five Oaks 100-year-old farm. The idea is to form a destination that tells a story of life on the ranch with a spark of amusement, festivals, shopping, dining, and leisure. The Five Oaks area already has outstanding lodging, dining and shopping with the Tanger Outlets — and amusement and recreation is the only thing missing from this area of Sevierville.” Located next to lodging, restaurants and one of the largest outlet centers in the South, SkyLand Ranch overlooks a 100-acre farm with a formal ranch look. It is guaranteed to be one of the most popular places to visit and celebrate Christmas in the Smoky Mountain area.
