SEVIERVILLE, TN -- Dolly Parton’s hometown of Sevierville is about to add the perfect accompaniment to the sweet sounds of country music, laughing children and happy families typically heard around town. Andy’s Frozen Custard®, the award-winning frozen custard and treat shop, will open April 27 at 852 Dolly Parton Parkway. Folks on their way to or from Dollywood will delight in the concretes, Jackhammers and other creamy and delicious frozen custard treats for which Andy’s™ is famous.
