Firehouse Subs has opened its new Firehouse Subs restaurant at 7614 Chapman Highway. This is franchise owner Paul Jarrett’s ninth location, and the 11th Firehouse Subs in Knox County.

A native Tennessean, Jarrett opened the first Firehouse Subs in the state more than 15 years ago. After years of serving many areas in the East Tennessee Valley, Jarrett is looking forward to bring hot, specialty subs to southeast Knoxville.

“It’s been a great pleasure of mine to bring Firehouse Subs to many guests over the years and support our local fire and police departments,” Jarrett said. “I’ve been looking forward to serving this area of Chapman Highway for a long time, and am also excited to continue supporting our first responders through our Round Up Program, pickle bucket sales and more.” Firehouse Subs serves premium meats and cheeses steamed and piled high on a toasted sub roll, served “Fully Involved®” with fresh produce and condiments. In addition to its signature subs, the restaurant offers a variety of catering options from sandwich and dessert platters to salads and snacks to fuel any occasion.

The Chapman Highway Firehouse Subs restaurant is open seven days a week from 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., and offers third-party delivery and in-house catering services.
