A special art exhibit entitled “Views of the Big Nothing” is on display at Pellissippi State Community College.

The free exhibit, which runs from January 18 through February 3, features painted works by Brandon Smith joined by physical ropes and metaphorical sculptural works by Travis Townsend.

The exhibit is one of the events that make up Pellissippi State's arts series, The Arts at Pellissippi State, a series of cultural activities ranging from music and theatre to international celebrations and the fine arts. For more information, visit www.pstcc.edu/arts.

The exhibit is located at the Bagwell Center for Media and Art Gallery, 10915 Hardin Valley Road. Gallery hours are Monday-Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
