This classic novel and musical adaptation showcases how boldly the March sisters lived during the tragic Civil War era. Meg is the oldest and the romantic. Jo is the spirited tomboy. There's sweet loving Beth, plus playful Amy. The girls live in Concord, Massachusetts with their mom, Marmee, while their father is off on the battlefield. Filled with adventures, there's heartbreak, and a deep sense of hope, and the struggle of these “Little Women” to find their own voices mirrors the growing pains of a young America. With buoyant, joyful melodies, memorable characters, and a big-hearted message, Little Women is as relevant today as when it was written. It is a truly timeless, captivating story brought to life in this glorious musical filled with personal discovery, heartache, hope and everlasting love.

Variety magazine says of LITTLE WOMEN - the Musical: "It's hard not to love the March girls of Concord, Mass., so deeply etched are Jo, Meg, Beth and Amy on the cultural and emotional landscape that they resurface from generation to generation like cherished friends."

With book by Allan Knee, music by Jason Howland and lyrics by Mindi Dickstein, the musical is based on the Louisa May Alcott novel.
