Attorney Jason Baril, owner/partner at Ogle, Elrod and Baril, PLLC, in conjunction with Valor Fights, will be sponsoring a night of boxing in support of Fighting for Autism on Friday, April 29, 2016, at 5:30 p.m. at the Knoxville Civic Coliseum, with an after party at Bailey’s Sports Bar and Grill. The weigh-in will also take place at Bailey’s Sports Bar and Grill on April 28.

“This is the first event we have done for Fighting for Autism, which will not only include hard-hitting MMA action, but a chance to support a worthy cause and raise funds for Fighting for Autism,” said Baril. “Ogle, Elrod and Baril, PLLC is hoping to make it an annual event.”

The main event will be one of the biggest fights east Tennessee has ever seen as RFA vet Adam “Primetime” Townsend takes on Steven “Showtime” New, who is coming off an undefeated 2015 season. Additionally, in a rematch from their Grand Prix battle as amateurs nearly three years ago, Tyler Hunley meets Kodey Gulley as pros and Damir Ferhatbegovic meets Rob Covington IV in what promises to be an all-out battle. Other notable fighters will include Nick Gehrts, Isaac Fine and more.

Fighting for Autism is an autism awareness and advocacy charitable organization whose mission is to improve the quality of life for children and families living with autism around the world. Fighting for Autism operates an ever-expanding group of programs and initiatives, including Fighter Ambassador, Mentoring, Anti-Bullying, Kickboxing Therapy, Awareness & Acceptance, Technology and Fundraising.
