Windows on the Park hosting Easter Brunch



KNOXVILLE – You and your family or friends can celebrate Easter on Sunday, April 5 with a special Easter Brunch in one of Knoxville’s most beautiful settings. Windows on the Park, located adjacent to the Holiday Inn World’s Fair Park, will offer seatings from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Reservations are encouraged and can be made by calling (865) 522-2800.

Executive Chef Chris Leynes and his talented culinary team will be preparing a hearty meal beginning with wonderful starters, such as poached whole salmon, poached shrimp and a variety of soups and salads. A wide assortment of breakfast items, such as fresh waffles, buttermilk biscuits and sausage gravy, will also be served. Chefs will be preparing made-to-order omelets with a variety of fresh ingredients.

At the pasta station, cheese tortellini and tricolored farfalle will be accompanied by sauce selections, fresh vegetables, cheese and herbs. The brunch, which includes champagne and mimosas, is $33 for adults, $29 for seniors and $14 for children 12 and under. Reservations may be made by calling (865) 522-2800.

Chefs will be at the carving station to serve up prime rib with roasted garlic horseradish jus cream. A variety of side dishes and entrées -- grilled lamb chops, stuffed pork loin, blue corn crusted chicken, baked macaroni and cheese casserole and steamed vegetables -- will be served.

To conclude the meal, diners will decide between a wide assortment of incredible desserts, including carrot cake, cheesecake, salted caramel cheesecake, chocolate cake and lemon tart.

Children who spend Easter at Windows on the Park will enjoy a visit from the Easter Bunny and sweet treats. Adult guests will receive eggs filled with special offers at Windows on the Park and Holiday Inn World’s Fair Park. One lucky family will receive the most coveted prize of the day, The Golden Egg, a certificate for a family staycation at the hotel.
