The newest LongHorn Steakhouse® opened its doors in Knoxville today. Located at 7740 Kingston Pike, the restaurant will be led by Jeff Banning as Managing Partner.

LongHorn Steakhouse takes pride in serving fresh grilled and boldly seasoned steaks. The restaurant’s design is inspired by the American West and is reminiscent of a rancher’s home. Its interiors feature updated, contemporary artwork and sculptures of horses, western landscapes and sunsets complemented by warm tones, wood, stone and steel fixtures.

The 6,212-square-foot restaurant can seat more than 240 guests and will create approximately 80-100 new jobs in the community. LongHorn currently operates more than 480 restaurants in 40 states.

The restaurant will open featuring LongHorn’s new spring Peak Season and Chef’s Showcase menus, as well as new lunch dishes and the Prime Time menu.

• Spring Peak Season – LongHorn’s Peak Season menu changes four times a year and features fresh flavors of the season. This spring, guests can enjoy new items, like Crab & Artichoke Dip, Grilled Chicken Tortilla Soup, Beefsteak Tomato & Bacon Salad, Shrimp & Crab Cajun Rice and Blueberry Lemon Butter Cake.

• Chef’s Showcase – The Chef’s Showcase menu celebrates LongHorn's Executive Chefs' culinary inspiration and creativity. This spring, it features a Blackened Shrimp & Cajun Rice and Grilled Lamb Chops.

• Lunch – New lunch sandwiches and burgers added to the menu includes the new Tavern Steak Sandwich, Tilapia Sandwich and LongHorn Gourmet Burger.

• Prime Time – The Prime Time menu features late afternoon specials, including a variety of $3, $4 and $5 drinks and appetizers. Prime Time is offered Monday through Friday from 4 to 7 p.m.
