Insomnia Cookies opens bakery on The Strip

KNOXVILLE – Serve U Brands, the parent company of Insomnia Cookies opened a late night bakery in Knoxville on Monday, February 10. The new store is the company’s first in Tennessee and is located at 2121 Cumberland Avenue, just minutes from the University of Tennessee’s main campus.

“We are very excited to open a new store in Knoxville” said Seth Berkowitz, CEO of Insomnia Cookies. “We cannot wait to become part of the community and look forward to many years cheering on the Vols!”

To celebrate the grand opening, the bakery is serving a free cookie to all customers presenting a free cookie coupon in store. Customers can also take advantage of Insomnia’s Valentine’s Day special and order their sweetheart a custom cookie cake for only $14.

Marketing reps will distribute the free cookie coupons, valid through Sunday, February 16 (limit one per customer). In addition, the bakery is offering three Chocolate Chunk cookies for only $3 with delivery orders. The bakery, open from 12 p.m. to 3 a.m., will begin delivery at 4:00 p.m. on weekdays and 1:00 p.m. on weekends.
