Chad Bubb and Kaleah Seitz have put their ideas together and created the coffee you have only been dreaming of.

SEVIERVILLE, TN - Sevier County’s first mobile coffee shop and roaster has rolled into Kodak, TN. Cafe Bubbly plans to introduce the world of artisan coffee roasting and brewing to the Smoky Mountain area.

“Sevier County will have the opportunity to sample the finest coffee from around the world,” said Cafe Bubbly owner Chad Bubb. “Our coffee is roasted in micro-lot batches and brewed on location.”

The mobile coffee shop will bring hot, fresh coffee to many special events in the area.

“While the concept of a mobile coffee shop is not new, it is fairly unknown outside of large markets e.g., Portland, Austin, Philadelphia, Boston, New York City,” said Bubb. “Cafe Bubbly wants to break down the stigma and fear commonly associated with brick and mortar coffee shops. No complex menu, no foreign language, just simple, hot, fresh, delicious coffee from our hands, to your cup.”

Cafe Bubbly purchases and roasts the freshest green coffee beans available from around the world, sometimes directly from the farm. As harvest times vary, so will the selection of beans and flavors; favorites include: Columbian Breakfast Roast, Sumatra Mendheling, Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup, Banana Mocha, Pumpkin Spice, and Peppermint. When on location, Cafe Bubbly will maintain a steady supply of masterfully crafted fresh roasted coffee via drip and pour over method.

The "unofficial" home for Cafe Bubbly will be the Great Smokies Flea Market located on W Dumplin Valley Rd in Kodak. When not at the flea market, you will be able to find Cafe Bubbly at popular events happening throughout the Sevier County area. Expect to see them at parades, Rod Runs, craft shows, BBQ festivals, holiday celebrations, etc.

Poised to open in late December, 2013, Cafe Bubbly is currently an active project on the popular funding website Kickstarter.com. In order for Cafe Bubbly to become a reality, the Kickstarter funding must reach at least 100%. To learn more about how you can help visit the Cafe Bubbly website, www.cafebubbly.com.
