Celebrate the Harry Potter Movie Finale at Knox County Library

Coming to theaters on July 15, 2011 is the final Harry Potter movie, "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2."

To celebrate the series' finale, a party is being held at Knox County Public Library on July 8 at 1:30 p.m. Some magical events have been whipped up in honor of the movie release. You can join the fun. Bring your wand and dress in wizard attire.

Visit the Burlington Branch Library on July 8 and see "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1." You will need to reserve a spot by using the Muggle telephone system at 525-5431. This will confirm your attendance.

On July 11 at 1:00 p.m. you can check out a sampling of Hogsmeade treats and wares at the Fountain City Branch Library. You can also test your knowledge of the wizarding world with Pottery trivia, make your own wand and other magical crafts.

Come by foot, car, public transit, or apparition (if you dare). Floo network not supported. All ages welcome.

Knox County Public Library is whipping up some magical events in honor of the release of the final Harry Potter movie. So join in the fun at our two celebrations, but make sure to bring your wand and dress in proper wizard attire!

Then, don't pass up your chance to soak up all that Hogsmeade has to offer right in here in Knoxville at the Fountain City Branch Library on July 11 at 1 p.m. Check out a sampling of Hogsmeade treats and wares, so popular with the witches and wizards of Hogwarts.
