Rep Corporation completes relocation to Tennessee

From 1907 Rep founder Mr. Robert Esnault-Pelterie, began his company in France –REP- bearing his initials. Since that small beginning REP has remained a leader. REP pioneered numerous technologies in the emerging aerospace industry back then, the pilot’s joystick for aircraft flight control systems for instance and aerospace engines, and monoplane production. They ultimately chose to develop, patent and implement rubber injection molding as a core competency in the early 1960’s.

REP Corporation has finalized the move to its new North American Headquarters in Kodak TN. This move has been in an effort to serve our customer base from a more strategically located ‘center’ of the industry and as emerging markets gravitate to a more southerly locale- this places REP Corporation into a further leadership role in remaining responsive, agile and accessible. Our ability to deliver parts, service and operate all of our administrative functions and keep an operational Sales Showroom will ensure REP stays in the forefront of our new and existing clients planning. “We are very pleased that Rep Corp has identified Sevier County as a great location from which to do business. We welcome them to our community and look forward to their continued success and future growth” stated Larry Waters, Sevier County Mayor.

“The Sevier County Economic Development Council works hard to recruit not only tourism related businesses but also looks to add manufacturing companies to our community. The addition of Rep Corp to our manufacturing family is very exciting. They are a first class company in everything that they do and will be a great addition to our community” said Rick Harrell, Sevier County Economic Development Council Chairman of the Board.
