Popular West Knoxville Restaurant for Sale

KNOXVILLE -- A popular West Knoxville restaurant is up for sale at a price of $789,900 according to commercial realtor NAI Knoxville.

Kanpai of Toyko is selling out. This popular restaurant, located at Downtown West, has been in business since 1995 and has a large following.

Kanpai of Tokyo offers Teppanyaki style of Japanese cuisine prepared at the customers' dining table. The restaurant is the original Japanese steakhouse in Knoxville, and a favorite place for sports fans. After Tennessee Vol's football and basketball games, Kanpai is crowded with Volunteer fans and their opponents. The restaurant also has an expanded lounge that includes a Sushi Bar and Washoku Japanese cuisine.
